PURPOSE:To mix particulates high precisely for a short period of time by dividing and feeding one kind of particulates under a specified condition in the method by which plural kinds of particulates are fed into the mixing tank of a mixer for particulates. CONSTITUTION:Different kinds of particulates (a), (b) are simultaneously fed into the mixing tank 7 and mixed by a ribbon screw 9. With the passage of mixing action, the ratio of total feed amount of Wm of particulates (a), (b) according to the signal coming from a bed cell 10 based on the required total feed amount WM attains to a prescribed ratio, just then the feed of particulates (b) is stopped by the controlling signal of a controlling device 16 and particulates (a) is only fed continuously. Thereafter, when the feed amount Wa of particulates (a) in accordance with the signal from a load cell 10 seems to attain to the required feed amount WA, the feed of particulates (a) is stopped and particulates (b) are again fed by the signal of the controlling device 16. In this case, the feed amount Wb of particulates (b) which has been fed is detected by a load cell 8. The total feed amount Wm of both particulates (a), (b) attains to the required feed amount WM, just then the feed is completed. |
