PURPOSE:To attain the uniform spread of a powdery material by providing a blast duct for conveying the powdery material in the tangential direction of an external cylinder having a conical shape, providing an exhaust duct to a top of the external cylinder and providing the fins of the radiation direction to the inside surface of a conical outlet skirt provided to the under part of the external cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A blast duct 3 for conveying a powdery material having a conical shape and also an exhaust duct 4 which is directed to a spread face from a top of the external cylinder 2 is provided. A conical outlet skirt 6 is provided to the under part of the external cylinder 2 and the fins 7 of the radiation direction are provided to the inside surface of the skirt 6. In other words, since the powdery material is uniformly spread by utilizing the external cylinder having the conical shape, the fine powder and a gas are spread by the external cylinder 2 having the conical shape and the fine powder is not floated in the inside of the apparatus but spread to a spread face through an exhaust duct. Since the spread original powdery material is spread through the skirt, it is not scattered just beside in cooperation with the fins. Therefore practically whole parts of the powdery material can be uniformly spread on the spread face.
