PURPOSE:To attain the improvement in characteristics such as the signal-to-noise ratio and stability, etc., as well as the miniaturization while remarkably restraining a container from generating heat by a method wherein pulses timing with the pulse signals made in a container overlap with the other pulse signals transmitted from the outside of container. CONSTITUTION:Transfer pulses phi1, phi2 are made in a pulse signal making circuit 3 provided outside a container 4 while a transfer pulse phiT, a sampling pulse phiSH and a reset pulse phiRES are made in another pulse signal making circuit 2 composed of CMOSFET to be contained in the same container 4 as that containing a semiconductor circuit 1. A 12V pulse among the transfer pulses phi1, phi2 forms a potential well on a P-type substrate as usual, however the pulses of phi1 (binary) and phi2 on negative side can time with the transfer pulse phiT, the sampling pulse phiSH and the reset pulse phiRES. Finally the pulses phiT, phiSH and phiRES can be formed in the pulse signal making circuit 2 making use of a variable threshold value type inverter.
