PURPOSE:To improve optical resolution and to attain size reduction by providing a photographic lens system with an objective and a relay lens as an expansion lens system. CONSTITUTION:The objective 10 has focal length f1 and a plane reflecting mirror 16 is provided on the object side of the objective 10 and oscillated around one point O on the optical axis to makes a two-dimensional scan on a body surface 2. The 1st lens 12A of the relay lens 12 has front focal length f2 and is arranged having the front focus at an image formation position P. The 2nd lens 12B, on the other hand, has rear focal length f3 and is arranged having the rear focus on the photodetection surface of a point sensor 14. The distance between the objective 10 and body surface is denoted as (a), the diameter of the photodetection surface of the point sensor is denoted as (d), and minimum length of resolution is denoted as DELTAx; DELTAx/2ad<=f2/f1.f3 and f2<f3 hold for focal lengths f1-f3.
