PURPOSE:To determine automatically photographic condition and processing condition suitable to a photographic material by providing a discriminating means which discriminates the kind of the photosensitive material, a photographic condition determining means which determines the photographic condition according to the discrimination information, and switching means which switches a conveyance path so that the photographic material after being exposed is guided to a corresponding processing system for the discrimination information. CONSTITUTION:The photographic material discriminating means 1 discriminates the kinds of various photographic materials stored in the 1st photographic material storage part 6 and sends the discrimination information to a central controller 7. The photographic condition determining means 2 determines the photographic condition suitable to a photographic material 29, 30 or 31 by lens movement, stop adjustment, etc., according to the discrimination signal of the photosensitive material discriminating means 1. The conveyance path switching means 3 guides the exposed photographic material to a processing system suitable to the exposed photographic material 29, 30, or 31 according to said discrimination signal. A processing system 4 is the 1st processing system for photosensitive materials for lith development or PQ development and a processing system 5 is the 2nd processing system for photosensitive materials for diffusion transfer.
