PURPOSE:To produce the bracket which is easy to assemble components and of no fear of damaging the component by cutting up by a press machine the tongue piece for locking the component and by making the tongue piece the final shape by bending in the reverse direction. CONSTITUTION:The semi-finished product 11'' of a bracket is obtd. by forming with cutting up a tongue piece 12 downward contrary to the final shape with the pressing of a bracket blank 11' and by forming with bending the L-shaped part 13 of both sides. The bracket 11 to form the engaging part 14 of commodity with the above tongue piece 12 and the center plane part is then obtd. by bending upward said tongue piece 12. The burrs 16, 17 caused by the cutting up with the above method are formed at the opposite side to the engaging face and the assembly of the component is made easy and no flaw is caused on the component.
