PURPOSE:To avoid the occurrence of skewness and color shifting on a television screen even when the front part of a speaker device is adjacent to the television screen by providing a net grill that is formed with a material including a magnetic material on the surface of a baffle board. CONSTITUTION:Although the leakage of magnetic flux (a) is generated at the front part of a conductive type speaker, the leaked magnetic flux passes through a net grill that is shown by arrows (c) because the net grill 15 is made of a material including the magnetic material and therefore, the value of leakage magnetic flux of the net grill to the forward is considerably reduced. Thereby, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of the skewness and the color shifting on the television screen even when the front part of the speaker device is placed adjacent to the television screen. |
