PURPOSE:To allow the air-fuel ratio of air-fuel mixture to converge to a theoretical air-fuel ratio always smoothly by increasing the proportional correction value in accordance with the increase of the period when the oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas of an internal-combustion engine is thicker than a prescribed oxygen concentration in the air-fuel mixture having a theoretical air-fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 60 calculation-processes each signal supplied from a throttle sensor 40b for detecting the opening degree of a throttle valve 25, negative- pressure sensor 40c for detecting the negative pressure inside a suction pipe 12, revolution-angle sensor 40e for detecting the revolution angle of an internal-combustion engine, oxygen concentration sensor 40f for detecting the concentration of oxygen in an exhaust pipe 16. The quantity of inflow of air bleed into an air bleed passage 21f is controlled by controlling a step motor 30a and a relay 70. When the time during which the oxygen concentration in the exhaust pipe 16 is denser than a prescribed oxygen concentration in the mixed gas having a theoretical air-fuel ratio, the air-fuel ratio of the gas-fuel mixture is allowed to converge to the theoretical air-fuel ratio always smoothly by adjusting the quantity of inflow of air bleed according to the increase of the longer time.
