<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a pickled plum having low salt content, free from bitter taste, having excellent preservability and suitable to take, by immersing a plum fruit in a base liquid composed of concentrated brewed vinegar together with a small amount of salt and leaves of beefsteak plant. CONSTITUTION:A plum fruit is washed cleanly with water, drained and immersed in a base liquid composed of a concentrated brewed vinegar added properly with a small amount of salt and leaves of beefsteak plant for about 90 days.</p> |
