<p>PURPOSE:To enable a production line system to rapidly cope with troubles or the like by sending at least a kind of information for production control in a predetermined process of a plurality of processes to the input of a computer and information other processes of information based upon that information. CONSTITUTION:On a leading production line 1, a bar code label is applied to a product by a labeller 4 and read out by a reader every time it passes by the subsequent production lines. Data consisting of production control information are sent to a production line monitoring computer 3 according to the label information. Next, the production situation in the data is indicated on a monitoring board 8, while being sent to a factory control computer 2. Here, speed discrepancy from production schedule, number of work half done between lines, efficiency of operation, etc. are computed and sent to said computer 3 as production control information to be indicated on a monitoring board 8. Thus, the production condition on the other lines can be automatically grasped so that the production line can cope with troubles rapidly.</p> |
