PURPOSE:To improve the assembling ability of inner and outer weather strips holding a glass pane therebetween, by forming a strip seating stepped section and a glass pane seating stepped section in one of the strips, by forming a fitting section with which both strips are meshed with each other. CONSTITUTION:An inner strip 15A in a shape with which it may seat on the inner bottom surface of a frame 3, is formed with a fitting groove 6 and an engaging projection 17, and lip 8 is also formed with a glass pane seating stepped section 9. Further, the base end of the inner strip 15A is prolonged to the outer strip B side to form a strip seating stepped section 13, and a fitting projection 22a is formed in the middle position between the above-mentioned stepped sections 13, 9. Meanwhile the outer strip 15B formed therein with a fitting groove 10, is formed with a plurality of auxiliary lips 18 on the base end surface 14 onto which the above-mentioned stepped sections 13 is seated, and is also formed with a fitting groove 22b fitted onto the above-mentioned projection 22a. Further, the above-mentioned projection 22a and groove 22b constitute the meshing section 22 for meshing both strips 15A, 15B with each other.
