PURPOSE:To enable to convert in three directions, by furnishing a damper convertible in the directions inward and outward a loader between a belt feeder for bulky articles of a movable truck and a conveyer belt, in a tripper device of a shipment loader for bulky articles and bulk cargoes. CONSTITUTION:When a bulky article or a bulk cargo is delivered in by a deliv ery conveyer 9, a movable truck 2 is brought to close to the upper pulley 12 of the conveyer 9 by a cylinder 4, and a convertible damper 8 is connected to the closing direction D. Thereby, the bulky article is transferred to a cargo conveyer 7 and carried into a bulky article carrier route. When the truck 2 is moved in the direction E with the convertible damper kept closed, the article is carried through the damper 8, a feeder 3, and a chute 10, out of the loader. If the damper 8 is turned in the direction F, the bulk cargo is delivered into the loader by a bulk cargo conveyer 6. In such a composition, the device can be converted in three directions.
