<p>PURPOSE:To replenish packed food quickly in a storage zone by transferring packed food stored in a temporary storing self within an air conditioned room onto a supply conveyor by means of a transfer device when the storage zone in a picking work room runs short of food. CONSTITUTION:A picking work room 10 includes a conveyor 11 which conveys a collector box, and plural storage zones 12 which are arranged along the conveyor 11 where food stored in each of storage zones is selectively pickup up and is contained in the collector box. Packed food stored in store houses 31 and 31 which chill or freeze packed food, is supplied from a place near the store house to the storage zone 12 by means of a supply conveyor 20 (21 through 26). In an air conditioned room 33 which houses a part of the supply conveyor near the storehouse and is capable of controlling its own temperature, plural temporary storage shelves 40, which can store the stated number of packed food that are carried out of th storehouse by its kind temporarily, are provided allowing packed food to be transferred from the shelf 40 to the conveyor 20 by means of a transfer device 50.</p> |
