PURPOSE:To enable the testing for guaranteeing the rotation of a turbo charger rotor, by integrating a plurality of parts rotating with the turbo charger rotor to eliminate total balance correction. CONSTITUTION:A turbo charger rotor 1 with the balance previously corrected is inserted at a desired phase into a bearing hole of a bearing housing 10 in which a sleeve 20 previously integrating a thrust bearing and a spacer is incorporated with a bearing cover 9 and clamped with a lock nut 5. The integration of a plurality of rotary parts can reduce the balance change between individual parts thereby eliminating the total balance correction. This also can reduce the assembly time of the turbo charger rotor 1 drastically thereby enabling the implementation of a rotation guaranteeing test which permits the performing of a test for a number of turbo charger rotors in a short time.
