PURPOSE:To permit passage of an operator between spinning machines and a winder without taking a large space by arranging vertical transfer devices at each bobbin delivery points between the spinning machines and winder and the conveying lines. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin conveying line 3, connecting spinning machines 1A and 1B and a winder 2, namely a full bobbin conveying line 10 and an empty bobbin conveying line 11, are installed as overhead conveying passages at such a height that room can be formed above the floor to permit passage of an operator. Full bobbin delivery lines 4 and 5 are arranged on the spinning machines 1A and 1B at the same height with that of the conveying line 10. Lowering devices 14 and 15 are arranged at the ends of empty bobbin receiving lines 6 and 7 both arranged on the floor. On the side of the winder 2, a lowering device 17 is arranged at the delivery point between the full bobbin lines 10 and 8, and a lifting device 18 is installed between the empty bobbin lines 9 and 11. Thus, operator's passage can be formed easily without taking a large space.
