PURPOSE:To make the switching operation of photographing convenient and to reduce switching time by providing a rotation supporting part which maintains an image pickup camera and has a rotatable table with placing face that an image pickup object is provided. CONSTITUTION:By placing an original to be photographed on an original face 9 and rotating a camera 1 centering a rotation supporting part 5 in the direction of an arrow C, the original on the original face 9 is photographed. When a blackboard or the other object is photographed, with keeping a state that the camera 1 is photographing the original, an original table 8 is rotated centering the rotation supporting part 5 in the direction of an arrow A or B and is faced against the blackboard or the other object and afterwards, photographing is performed by rotating the camera 1 in the direction of an arrow D centering the rotation supporting part 5. The rotation of the camera 1 centering the rotation supporting part 5 in the direction of the arrow or D is enough for an alternate switching operation between the photographing of the blackboard or the other object and that of the original because a positioning relation in a parallel direction between the camera 1 and the original face 9 is decided unequivocally. Thus, the switching operation is easily performed and the switching time is reduced.
