PURPOSE:To release blockable of tube easily, by making the length of a horizontal tube portion larger than a size determined from the inner diameter of the tube and an anble of repose depending on the fluid medium in a delivery tube for particle coal air flow delivery to a fluid floor boiler. CONSTITUTION:The length L of an almost horizontal portion 15 from a vertical tube 6 in a distributor (not shown in the figure) to a skew tube 17 in a delivery tube 12 is made larger than the size l which is determined from the inner diameter D of the tube 12 and an angle of repose alpha depending on the fluid medium. In such a composition, ever though an accumulation of particle coal 8 is generated within the skew tube 17 and the fluid medium 9 flows backward toward the vertical tube 16, a space 18 is produced between the vertical tube 16 and the skew tube 17, causing to produce no accumulation of the fluid medium 9 over the particle coal 8, to prevent the expansion of blockade, and to release the blockade by a normal air pressure. Thus, the blockade is easily released and the operation is stabilized.
