发明名称 FLUIDIZED BED HEAT REACTION FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a fluidized bed heat reaction furnace which is is able to make super-large-sized by a method wherein furnace inside space which is surrounded by a furnace wall, a dispersion board and a ceiling part is formed as an integral space providing on a reflection wall of the furnace inside. CONSTITUTION:Fluidized air is sent from a blower 7 and it is ejected from air chambers 43, 45 at large mass-speed and from an air chamber 44 at small mass-speed. Fluid medium moved on the air chamber 43, 45 is blown up to the upper part, however, it blows against an inclined wall 9 to reflect and to turn and rises toward the center of a heat reaction section surrounded with the inclined wall 9, thereafter, the ascending speed is lost with the rapid increase of a furnace inside section and drops to the top part of a descent moving layer. It is descended gradually and is blown up to circulate after arriving to the bottom of the furnace. The part of the fluid medium are circulated by turning as turning flow 10 in the fluidized bed. Trash through from a raw material throwing port 48 into the incinerator 6 drop on the top part of the descent moving layer at the upper side of respective dispersion boards 8. Combustible substance combined integrally are burnt and incombustible substance arriving to the bottom may arrive to respective incombustible substance cutlet ports 42 owing to the side moving of the fluid medium and the inclination of the dispersion boards 8 to discharge smoothly.
