PURPOSE:To improve the evenness of solidity and the characteristic of a speaker by making a conductive part with plating a textile after weaving a several warps on which a metallic plating can be executed partially at necessary part. CONSTITUTION:A conductive part is made by arranging a several of yarn that is pre-treated in advance so as to enable a metallic plating and by weaving the textile and the plating is executed on this textile. The metallic plating is executed only on the pre-treated yarn and this becomes the conductive part. In other words, for the first, a degreasing process is executed and next, an etching process and a catalyst process are executed and after that, the degreasing process is executed again and an activating process is executed and the copper plating of cotton yarn and cornex yarn are executed and all plating process are completed. A damper 4 that is made in such a way is made of warp with copper plated. By soldering or pasting partially with silver and chrome conductive adhesives a conductive part 5 and a copper foil 3 and by pasting the other parts with non-conductive adhesives, reinforcement against the damper 4 and conduction from the conductive part 5 to a voice coil is obtained. The outer peripheral of the conductive part 5 is soldered or pasted with the silver or the chrome conductive adhesives and the lead wires from outside are soldered and connected. |
