PURPOSE:To cut a form reliably, in a burster for business machine, by varying the circumferential speed of paper feed roller and paper discharge roller with correspondence to the interval of perforation of the form. CONSTITUTION:Upon matching of fixed screw 31 along a moving groove with a scale 37 with correspondence to the length of single form 12, the brake body 29 is set to the length of form with reference to the paper discharge rollers 23, 24. An operating chip 35 in speed controller 33 will also move to execute the speed regulation setting with correspondence to the length of form. The form 12 between the guideboards 20 is fed through the paper feed rollers 17, 18 over a paper path 15 below the brake body 29 while applied with tensile force through the paper discharge rollers 23, 24 having lower circumferential speed and collides against the projected outer end of the brake body 29 to be cut instantaneously along the perforation and stacked on a receiving table 25.
