PURPOSE:To simplify a lifting device, facilitate manufacture, and increase solidity and durability by lifting up and down a cargo gate board by means of a hydraulic gear pump installed on the chassis of a vehicle, via a cylinder and a roller chain. CONSTITUTION:Struts 1 are erected on both sides in the rear of a rear body 2, a cylinder 4 is installed on the bottom end of a bracket 3 installed on the top end part inside the strut 1, and this cylinder 4 is connected to a hydraulic gear pump 6 installed in a certain place of a chassis 5, via an oil pipe. The base end 10 of a roller chain 9 is connected to a bracket 8 connected to the lower end of a piston rod 7 which comes in and out from the bottom end of the cylinder 4. And, the roller chain 9 is set around sprockets 16 to 18 which are rotatably supported by fixed shafts 11 to 13 and a movable shaft 14, while its outer end 19 is connected 22 to a lifting rod 21. Each of both sides on the bottom end of a cargo gate board 24 is rotatably installed to a bracket 23 provided on the lifting rod 21.
