PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance at a low cost by using a general sintering material for the body of sliding parts and sintering and binding integrally a sliding part as a highly wear-resistant sintering material to said body. CONSTITUTION:The body of the sliding parts is formed of the 1st sintering material contg. general and inexpensive Fe or some C. The sliding part is formed of the 2nd sintering material deposited with the carbide of Cr, Ni, Mo, W, Co, etc. which have high wear resistance, high hardness and high m.p. or deposited therewith in combination. Both sintering materials are packed in a mold, by which the materials are molded. The molding is sintered in a furnace and the sliding part bonded integrally with both sintering materials is formed. The wear resistance of the sliding part is thus improved without increasing the material cost. The means is applicable for the sliding parts of a blade, bearing, roller, etc. which constitute a rotary type compressor.
