PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a processing circuit by using a signal being data from an input signal to actuate a device connected to a receiver and outputting a prescribed control signal set as a countermeasure for a fault to an external device if input signals of plural systems are dissident. CONSTITUTION:If one of lines L1, L2 is opened or there is an improper contact in an interlocking switch 13, since the lines L1, L2 have signal levels of 1, 0 or 0, 1, a high level signal 1 is outputted from an exclusive OR circuit 15, a contact 3a of a gate switch 3 is opened, a transmitter 11 cannot input a synchro nizing signal from an address clock line nor transmit the data. In this case, a signal output means 9 of the receiver 5 lights front lamps HR, HL as the safety countermeasure at a fault based on the detection of the fault.
