PURPOSE:To permit the connection of a high pressure lead wire and an intermediate terminal easily by a method wherein the convering part of the pressure lead wire is penetrated by one end made an acute angle of the intermediate terminal and a cable core is connected with it. CONSTITUTION:An impact receiver 2, a piezoelectric element 3a, an intermediate terminal 4 having one end 4a made at an acute angle and a piezoelectric element 36 are arranged by collating the same polar surfaces of electrodes so that the piezoelectric elements 3a and 3b thereof become in parallel electrically and are fastend, fixed by a receiving metal 5 at the thread part of the outer case 1 while the converting part 12a of the high pressure lead wire is penetrated by one end 4a made at the acute angle of the intermediate terminal 4, thereafter, the cable core 12b is connected with the one end 4a made at the acute angle of the intermediate terminal. An inner case 11 consisting of the impact mechanism by a hammer-pin 8, hammer 9 and hammer-spring 10 is fitted slidably to the outer case 1 after a returning spring 7 is inserted into the outer case 1. According to this method, the forming process of the high pressure lead wire becomes unnecessary and the intermediate terminal and the cable core of the high pressure lead wire may be connected surely. |
