PURPOSE:To improve a property value and the characteristic of a speaker by thermally spraying mixture that metal oxide is mixed with silicon carbide whisker on metallic base material. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of the metallic base material of a thin plate formed in a diaphragm-shaped, the mixture of the silicon carbide whisker and the metal oxide that is 0.05-0.5mum in diameter and 10-100mum in length is sprayed and a coating layer is formed. For example, an aluminum foil 1 that is formed in the diaphragm-shaped and is 40mum thickness is degrease-cleaned and a plasto processing is executed on the surface with blowing ground powder. Next, 5wt% of the silicon carbide whisker is mixed with the powder of alumina Al2O3. This silicon carbide whisker is 0.05-0.5mum in diameter, 10-100mum in length and 3.21g/cm<3> in density and has the property value of 2,100kg/mm<2> in tensile strength and 4.90X10<4>kg/mm<2> in modulus of elasticity. A surface plasma spray with this mixed material is executed on the molded aluminum foil 1 and a coating layer 2 that is 35-45mum in thickness is performed. |
