PURPOSE:To give efficiently a cavity forming material by prolonging a projection given with the cavity forming material such as wax to a holding part of each terminal board. CONSTITUTION:The holding part 5 holding both ends of a resonator element 1 is formed to the upper end of terminal boards 4, 4 and a leg of a lead 6 is prolonged from the lower end of the holders 5, 5. The holder 5 is bent in a U-shape, a notch 7 for soldering is given to the center and a couple of square projections 8, 8 are prolonged to the upper end. Both the projections 8, 8 are provided to adhere temporarily the wax (cavity forming material) in the forming process of the resonator and they are arranged opposingly.
