PURPOSE:To illuminate the front of a car body merely by rotating a lamp cover by installing a heat lamp inside said car body in such a way that its illuminating direction is directed upward, and rotatably providing said lamp cover having a specular bottom surface, on the top surface of said car body in the illuminating direction. CONSTITUTION:Head lamp units 3 are provided in the front part of the body 2 of a car 1, with a pair of right and left head lamps 5 being installed in the body 2 via brackets 6 in such a way that their illuminating directions are directed upward. On the other hand, a light passage opening 8 is formed on a hood 3a on the top surface of the body 2 in a position corresponding to the illuminating direction of the head lamp 5, and an openable lamp cover 9 is installed on it. The lamp cover 9 is vertically rotated by means of an operating means 10, which consists of a rotating arm 11 projectingly provided at the back of the lamp cover 9, and a solenoid 12 installed on the body 2 side. The lamp cover 9 consists of a cover body 15 and a reflecting mirror 16a supported on the bottom surface side of the body 15. |
