摘要 PURPOSE:To make a robot stickable to a plane surface or a cylindrical surface being large in a radius, by making a robot body stick fast to a cohesive object by means of a suction pad. CONSTITUTION:A lower edge of a suction pad 6 is made contact with an upper surface of a cohesive object 12. And, when an attractive device is operated, seawater inside the suction pad 6 is attracted from an attractive hole, opening a lower part of the suction pad 6 outward as far as a portion for a clearance l, and it sticks fast to a surface of the cohesive object 12. At this time, a tooth- form jog part 11 installed in an edge part 8 is strongly pressed to the surface of the cohesive object 12 so that frictional force grows larger. In consequence, even if external force acts on a robot body, the sticking position is holdable while durability in the suction pad 6 is also improvable.
