PURPOSE:To reduce a manufacturing cost, by a method wherein slits are formed in a part of a cylindrical material, each portion located between adjacent slits is bent to form vanes in a unit train, and an inclining angle is provided by twist processing. CONSTITUTION:Plural slits 3c are formed parallel to an axis in a part of a cylindrical material 3'. Each portion located between the nip formed by the slits 3c is bent outwardly in the direction of a radius extending right angles with an axis to form a vane part 3b of a train unit. Each vane part 3b is twisted to provide a given angle, and the plural vane parts 3b of a train unit are manufactured. This reduces the number of manufacturing processes and decreases a manufacturing cost.
