PURPOSE:To complement missing value with a small labour by extracting the prescribed data from the file, calculating the missing time rainfall and the accumulative rainfall and complementing automatically the missing value, when the missing value is complemented to the observed value file to store the rainfall observing value. CONSTITUTION:A rainfall observed value for the normal time each is inputted into a data input part 1, sent to a calculating part 2, the rainfall observed value when the rain starts to fall and the previous rainfall observed value are read from a memory 4, sent to a time series file 3, stored, and the rainfall observed value is complemented to the previous value as a previous rainfall observed value and the memory 4 is executed. When the missing occurs at the rainfall observed value, the missing rainfall observed value is analogically reasoned, inputted into an observed value file 7, and then, the time rainfall and the accumulative rainfall, which are missing related to this automatically, are calculated by an calculating part 6, inputted to the prescribed position of the file 3. Therefore, only the missing rainfall observed value may be inputted as a human being system, and the missing value can be complemented with a small labour. |
