PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling of a stator for a motor by laminating cores in which notched portions are formed at the outer periphery by aligning the notched portions of the cores so that grooves are formed on the outer periphery of the laminated cores, and fixedly engaging rods within the grooves. CONSTITUTION:Cores 6 in which two notched portions 7 are formed at the outer periphery are laminated by aligning the notched portions 7 of the cores so that the grooves are formed on the outer periphery to form a laminated core. Rods 8 are engaged within the grooves fixedly secured by a spot welding 10 at both ends of the core to construct a stator 9. The rods 8 are engaged so that the both ends are slightly extended from the stator 9. Further, holders 12a, 12b are engaged from the both ends of the stator 9 by inserting the both ends of the rods 8 into the grooves 11a, 11b, respectively, and the ends of the rods 8 are fixedly coupled by spot welding 14 with the holders 12a, 12b, respectively. Thus, the assembling can be facilitated. |
