METHOD OF SETTING HARD TWIST YARN

PURPOSE:To obtain hard twist yarn having desired setting effect, by heating hard twist yarn at a specific temperature which is being reeled from a twisting cylinder and wound while controlling the tension of the hard twist yarn at a specific value. CONSTITUTION:The hard twist yarn 2 wound around the twisting cylinder 1 is passed through the feed rollers 3, heated by the Dowtherm heater 4, passed through the delivery rollers 5 and wound around the winding bobbin 6. The hard twist yarn is provided with 0.05-0.33g/D tension by speed control of the feed rollers 3 and the delivery rollers 5 and the twisting temperature is set in a temperature range >= the glass transition temperature and temperature not to form crystal part.
