METHOD FOR CONVEYING ROVING BOBBIN BETWEEN ROVING AND SPINNING STEPS

PURPOSE:To carry out the conveyance of roving bobbins efficiently with certainty, by providing a loader corresponding to a roving machine for spinning rovings of different grades, discriminating the kind of empty bobbins before or after an unloader on the upstream side of the loader, treating the residual rovings and conveying the resultant bobbins to the roving machine. CONSTITUTION:Loader parts (13a) and (13b) and devices for treating bobbins of residual rovings (11a) and (11b) are provided side by side corresponding to roving machines (RF1) and (RF2), and a rail changeover device 47 is provided in a branching part (7a) of a running rail 7 connecting an empty bobbin magazine reserve part 9 to the devices for treating the residual rovings (11a) and (11b). A discriminating device 53 for discriminating whether the bobbins of the residual roving hung from a conveying magazine 5 are used in either one of the roving machines (RF1) and (RF2) is provided between the branching part (7a) and the reserve part 9.
