PURPOSE:To improve the assembling workability by providing a frame at the belt setting position to attach a plate spring to one side of the frame together with a belt holding part provided at the other side of the frame. CONSTITUTION:In an assembling mode a belt support 21 is set on the upper surface side of a head carriage 16 and fixed there. A flange 24a of a plate spring 24 is put on a flange 23a at one side of a frame 23 and fixed there. Then an end part of a belt 20 which holds a pulley 19 and led out to one side is put on a flange 24b of the spring 24 and held by the 1st bracket 27 for connection. Then the other end part 20b of the belt 20 is drawn toward a belt holding part 26 while holding the pulley 19. The 2nd bracket 28 is attached on the surface of the part 20b and then moved downward along the level difference H of the part 26. Then the part 20b is held between the bracket 28 and the part 26 in a state where the part 20b is bent approximately into an L-shape.
