<p>PURPOSE:To simplify design and production, and to improve efficiency of charge collecting operation in the titled managing device by commonly using respective charge box used for respective storages, and control devices for locking, and unlocking, etc., with one unit in plural sets of article storages. CONSTITUTION:When a prescribed place number of a combination number (register code) is inputted from a keyboard 33, this number is displayed on a display device 31, and stored in a RAM 7. When a baggage is putted, if a receipt key is turned on, a CPU 5 confirms that the registered code stored in the RAM 7 does not coincide with an inputted registered code and stores said inputted code in the RAM 7. Then, an empty locker is retrieved, a display light 2A of said locker is turned on, and the number of the locker is displayed on the display device 31. When the baggage is accommodated in the locker and the door is closed, am electromagnetic lock is locked by a command signal of the CPU 5. In taking out the baggage, the registered code is inputted, a take out key is pressed, the registered code stored in the RAM 7 is retrieved, and when both the codes coincide, the lock is unlocked by the command of the CPU 5.</p> |
