PURPOSE:To reduce the leakage of magnetic flux from the tip part of a magnetic material adhered to a main magnetic pole film and also to increase the adhesion area, by unifying both a center core and a side core into a unit and using a magnetic material having a taper part so that an acute angle is formed at the tip of the main magnetic pole film at the medium side. CONSTITUTION:A side substrate 14 is made of a magnetic material having a taper part so that an acute angle is formed at the tip of a main magnetic pole film at the medium side. While another side substrate 13 is made of a nonmagnetic material has a taper part opposite to the substrate 14. these two substrates 14 and 13 are adhered to each other with an organic adhesive. The magnetic flux flows to the tip part of the acute angle of the substrate 14 from a main magnetic pole film 4 as shown by an arrow head. This reduces the leakage of magnetic flux caused from the tip part of the magnetic material and therefore improves the magnetic efficiency. Furthermore the number of adhering processes can be cut down just to one together with increase of the adhesion area. |
