<p>The invention relates to a panoramic light receiver with vertical focusing effect for receiving bundled light beams for application in measurement, navigation and levelling technology, especially for receiving a rotating laser beam. According to the specification, to concentrate light beams of adjacent levels incident from all directions on a small number of photodiodes, to avoid optical shading as well as to arrange the receiver electronics within the construction height of a panoramic receiver element, it was found that a drum lens with a convex external and a flat internal surface could be arranged as peripheral limitation of a segment, whereby all foci inside the construction height are fixed on a ring-shaped area. Photodiodes are provided uniformly over the circumference in the vicinity of the focus, whereby a conductor plate lies flat against the bottom side of the drum lens. Furthermore, electrooptical light amplifiers as well as a connection pipe for all electrical supply lines are arranged, and the photodiodes are equipped with light sheet metal deflectors.</p> |
