In the case of the barrel-changing system for a pistol, a barrel support (7) which supports a barrel (8) for air pistol rounds (6) is to be connected in an easily replaceable manner to a grip (1) of the pistol. The grip (1) has a trigger device having a hammer (2) and guide parts for the detachable connection of the barrel support (7). A holder for a gas cartridge (10) which is arranged parallel to the barrel axis (A) is provided in the barrel support (7), underneath the barrel (8). Furthermore provided in the barrel support (7) are gas channels (11, 12) which lead from the gas cartridge (10) to the round support (8a), and an impact valve (13) which interacts with the impact element (2) is arranged in the course of said channels. <IMAGE>
