New compounds with formula I, where R1 is chosen from amongst hydrogen, halogens and the trifluoromethyl group, X is oxygen or sulphur, R2 and R3, which are identical or different, are chosen from amongst hydrogen and higher alkyl groups, m is 2 or 3, Y is oxygen or sulphur, Z is chosen from -NR4R5 and compounds with formulae II, III or IV, where R4 and R5, which are identical or different, are chosen from amongst hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl-alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkanoyloxyalkyl, phenyl and phenylalkyl groups. The phenyl groups can be unsubstituted or mono-substituted with halogen or CF3, n is 0, 1 or 2, R6 and R7, which are identical or different, are chosen from amongst hydrogen, higher alkyl groups, hydroxyl group, lower alkoxy and lower alkanoyloxy groups, p is 2 or 3, R8 and R9, which are identical or different, are chosen from amongst hydrogen and lower alkyl groups, R10 is hydrogen, a lower alkyl or lower alkanoyl group.
