Dual-film camera for different sizes. The changing light conditions in photography, but also changing tasks to be achieved frequently require not only the use of different film types but also of different sizes. Only complicated and expensive partial solutions have existed so far in this case. According to the invention, this important problem in photography is solved with the aid of the dual-film camera. Specifically due to the fact that two films of different size are accommodated disposed one behind another in a camera, the one leading smaller film (film 2) being pivotably arranged in a frame which is lightproof to the rear and at the bottom (flap mechanism) so that it can (temporarily) fall flat in the truest sense of the word given a desired exposure of the film 1. The total number of pictures is substantially increased by two films in the camera; this also leads to the reserve function of one film in each case. At the same time, it is not necessary for both films to be used simultaneously, since they can be manipulated separately from one another. Pivoting the leading film frame by approx. 90 DEG can - depending on the design realisation - be performed using a motor or by hand.
