<p>A golf teaching aid in which there is provided a mouthpiece portion (10) or other portion which can be attached or connected to the head (15) of a golfer, there also being provided an actuating element (13) which is movable relative to said portion (10) if in use the golfer's head (15) to which the portion is attached moves with an unacceptable degree of acceleration from a stationary position. In the event of such movement occuring the actuating element (13) is arranged either to make physical contact with the golfer so as to provide a direct tactile indication that movement has occurred or alternatively, or in addition, said actuating element is arranged when the aforesaid movement occurs to actuate means which provides a visual and/or audible signal to indicate that the movement has occurred.</p> |
