PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength of a fan and reduce its weight by molding the fan of a resinous material filled with micro balloons. CONSTITUTION:A fan A is so provided as to form a plurality of vanes 3 in a radial direction monolithically with a cylindrical boss 2 having a shaft hole 1 wherein a motor shaft is inserted. The fan A is made of a resinous material 4 molded by the injection molding method wherein, for example, polypropylene or nylon is 20wt% filled with micro balloons 5 such as balloons comprising hollow fine glass particles. As a result, the mechanical strength of the fan is drastically increased and its weight can be substantially reduced.
