The invention relates to an energy-guidance chain for guiding energy conductors, especially cables or hoses, from a fixed load to a mobile load, having a number of chain links which are connected to one another in an articulated manner and such that they can pivot in a limited manner and are in each case composed of two side fish plates and two lateral webs, the side fish plates being provided on the upper and lower edges with holders into which the ends of the lateral webs can be inserted and can be connected in a force-fitting and positively-locking manner to the side fish plates. As a result of a special design of the connections between the side fish plates and the lateral webs, assembly of the chain links is simplified and a possibility is created for the lateral webs to be capable of easy disconnection again from the side fish plates, both from their outer sides and from the outer sides of the side fish plates. <IMAGE>
