A specially constructed control fitting for a pipe conduit consisting of an inner pipe and an outer pipe makes it possible to pass thrust forces from the inner pipe into the outer pipe and from there into the surrounding soil. For this purpose, the control element of the control fitting is arranged within a tubular sleeve which can be placed in the pipe conduit and is supported on both sides against the ends of the inner pipe via thrust elements.
