PURPOSE:To simplify a brushless motor and to reduce the weight by disposing integrally a spiral coil on a strip insulating film, and winding it in a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:A brushless motor 1 has a mounting flange 2 and a cylindrical yoke 3 projected from the flange 2 as a housing, and pivotally secures a rotational shaft 5 through bearing 4. A magnetic disk mounting board 7 is secured to the upper end of the shaft 5, and a magnet 8 is secured through a yoke 9 to the inner surface of the peripheral wall. A cylindrical stator 11 is secured to the circular inner periphery 8a of the magnet 8 and the outer periphery 3a of the yoke 3, and a small gap is formed between the outer periphery 11a of the stator and the inner periphery 8a. In this case, the stator 11 is formed by cylindrically winding a spiral coil with filmy base materials 14 disposed at the prescribed pitch on a strip insulating film 12. Thus, a thickness T can be reduced, and an interval size L can be reduced. |
