PURPOSE:To prevent a rear window from hanging down, by constituting a supporting structure in attaching a window frame corner supporting band to a space between a top stretching link member and a top band member installed in a top inner part, in case of the above-captioned device for an open top type car with an on-off sliding roof. CONSTITUTION:One end 19a of a window frame band 19 is locked to the central side of a top stretching link member 9 with a screw, while the other end 19c is locked to a band member 10 extendedly installed so as to go along a window frame 6 at the inside of a top 3 with a rivet for setting up, while a central part 19b is tightly attached to the lower side of an upper corner 6c of the window frame 6 with a screw. With this constitution, when a folding top roof 2 is unfurled from a state of so far being folded in a body rear part, a top rear end part 3a comes to a tilted form by the top stretching link member 9, and the band 19 supports the corner part 6c of the window frame 6. There, a rear window 5 is preventable from hanging down.
