<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of working mistakes, etc. and facilitate repair by arranging a group of working stages for carrying-out a series of workers consisting of independent works according to a prescribed sequence through the data buss of a programmable controller in interloked state. CONSTITUTION:A series of working procedure instructions are input into the input part 14 of a programmable controller by a normal input 100 and an interruption input 102. A prescribed working procedure is transported according to the given instruction into the next stage through a plurality of working stages in succession through a data buss 12. In each working stage (station), a prescribed working instruction (part designation and part No. designation) is distinctly indicated on the right and left sides of an seembly conveyor 10. Further, the predetermined number of working units is indicated onto a production-unit amount indication part 24 for each transfer of the conveyor 10. Further, a deletion input part 34 for repair is installed for each working stage. At each completion of a group of works, the next working instruction is input into the input part.</p> |
