PURPOSE:To enable to perform alignment between a male and female components precisely and simply, by providing an alignment device advancing and retreating to an external surface on at least one side out of a female and male components. CONSTITUTION:A hollow part 18 having an opening part 19 is formed on the bottom part of a plunger 9 connected with a rod 10 of a press device through a connecting part 11 in a state capable of controlling a shaft center and an elastic member 20 such as rubber is held within the same as an alignment device. In case wherein a molding tool has been replaced in this device, as for alignment between the plunger 9 (male component) and a pot 8 (female component) of a top force 1, the molding tool is fixed to such an extent that the alignment between both of them has been performed preparatively, to begin with, in succession to the above, the plunger 9 is fitted in a pot 8 by descending the rod 10 by slackening a nut 17 of the connecting part 11, under this state of which air pressure is fed within a hollow part 18 from a compressor and an elastic member 20 is pressed against an inner circumferential surface of the pot 8 by expanding outwardly and uniformly in a diametral direction through both the opening parts 19. Then both flange parts 12, 13 are fixed by a bolt and nut. |
