PURPOSE:To permit the centering on an equal standard surface by connecting the detection signals of two touch sensors opposed each other in the directions X-axis and Y-axis and a touch sensor installed in the direction of Z-axis on the side walls on the bottom surface of a bottomed cylindrical centering apparatus with a processing circuit having a measuring head built-in. CONSTITUTION:Two touch sensors 13a and 13b, and 14a and 14b are arranged at the opposed positions in the directions of X-axis and Y-axis in the side wall 12 of the centering apparatus 10 of a bottomed body consisting of a bottom surface 11 and the side wall 12, and a touch sensor 15 is arranged in the direction of Z-axis on the bottom surface 11, and a signal is outputted when the contact part at the top edge part of each touch sensor which can be shifted is pressed by a certain amount. The signal circuit for the touch sensor is built in the measuring head 17 of a three-dimensional measuring machine, and a connector 18 for the input into the signal circuit is installed, and connected to a measuring probe 19 through a signal cable wire 20. The contact surface of each touch sensor 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b, and 15 of the apparatus body 10 can be utilized as a standard surface. |
