PURPOSE:To eliminate the variance of the DC component of an output by controlling digitally a D/A converter of multiplication type in accordance with input data. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal SD applied to an input terminal 1 is not only applied to a D/A converter 2 and is converted to an analog signal but also applied to a digital level detecting circuit 3. The D/A-converted analog signal is applied to a D/A converter 4 of multiplication type, and the converter 4 is controlled by a digital control signal SCD corresponding to the peak value, the average value, the effective value, or the like of data of an input digital control signal SD obtained from the detecting circuit 3 to obtain an analog signal SA in an output terminal 5. Thus, the DC component of the output analog signal SA is not changed.
